Available delivery areas and their current fees are shown at checkout. Select your area before placing an order. The delivery charge is included in the final total; free delivery applies only where displayed. Contact the store if your area is not listed.
Delivery information
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days. Delivery fees depend on the selected area and are displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.
Delivery details
Provide your name, a reachable phone number, the selected delivery area and a complete delivery address. Check these details before submitting your order. Contact the store promptly if they need correcting.
Order and payment status
Submitting an order does not by itself confirm an online payment. Online payments must be verified by the payment provider. Cash on Delivery requires a paid 50% deposit before the order can be confirmed; the remaining balance is payable on delivery. The store may contact you to clarify your order or delivery details.
Delays or delivery issues
Contact the store with your order reference if delivery is delayed, missing or cannot be completed. Any estimate communicated by the store is an estimate. Your applicable rights relating to undelivered or delayed orders remain unaffected.
