Applicable Kuwait consumer protection rights take precedence over DARZZ’s store policy. Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry guidance describes a general 14-day return and exchange right, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. The seven-day store-policy request period does not shorten a longer legally required period. Delivery-fee exclusions and return delivery charges do not apply where the law requires a refund or a return without additional cost. These policies do not restrict statutory remedies for defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Returns and exchanges
Customers have 7 days after receiving their order to request a return or exchange under DARZZ’s store policy. Returned items must be in their original condition. If the order has already been delivered, the customer pays the return delivery fee. Refunds cover returned products and exclude delivery fees, subject to the statutory rights explained below.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned products have been received and approved. Original delivery fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable under the store policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued through the original payment method where possible.
Incorrect or damaged products
Contact the store if your delivery contains an incorrect or damaged item. Provide your order reference, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful. Keep the item while the store explains the return, replacement or refund process.
Order cancellations
Customers may cancel on the same day they placed their order, provided it has not already been shipped. If an order has already been delivered, the return policy applies instead. These conditions do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Your applicable rights
These instructions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Kuwait consumer law. Contact the store before ordering if a particular return or exchange condition is important to your purchase.
Cash on Delivery — 50% advance deposit
Cash on Delivery requires a 50% advance deposit calculated from the full final order total after discounts and including delivery fees. Half of the delivery fee is therefore included in the deposit. The remaining amount is paid on delivery. Place your order to receive an order number, then contact DARZZ on WhatsApp to arrange payment through WAMD or a payment link. No payment screenshot upload is required. Orders start as Pending Deposit. DARZZ independently verifies receipt of funds and manually records the deposit as paid; confirmation is a separate store action and requires a paid deposit. Neither submitting an order nor contacting the store automatically confirms payment. Amounts are rounded to the nearest fils so the deposit and remainder add up to the full total. The published cancellation, return and refund rules apply, subject to applicable Kuwait statutory rights.
