Your information, explained.
Last updated: 8 October 2026About this policy
This policy explains how DARZZ handles information through this online store. It covers ordering, support and optional newsletter sign-up. Contact the store using the details below for privacy questions.
Information we collect
When you order, the store collects your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and selected delivery area. For manual COD deposits, the store records deposit amounts and payment status. Payments are arranged through WhatsApp, WAMD or a payment link. The website does not request new payment screenshots. Previously submitted payment attachments remain restricted to authorized store administrators. A private tracking link lets you check your order and deposit status; keep it private. It also records the items, sizes, colors, quantities, order reference, prices, discounts, promo code where used, delivery fee, total, order status and payment method/status. Online payments may include a provider transaction reference. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and sign-up time are recorded. Information you choose to send to support is handled through the contact channel you use.
Accounts and saved preferences
The customer “Your DARZZ” page provides access to favorites; the current storefront does not require a customer sign-in or collect a customer account password. Your bag and favorites, and the private access token for your COD deposit verification link, are saved in your browser’s local storage. A separate protected sign-in is used for store administration.
How information is used
Order and contact details are used to process orders, check stock and promotions, arrange delivery, communicate about purchases, manage payment status and handle support, cancellations, returns and refunds. Newsletter emails are used for store updates when you choose to subscribe; contact the store to request removal. Promo-code usage records support campaign reporting and usage limits. Normalized email/phone identifiers may be stored as hashes to check one-use-per-customer rules; these records are still treated as personal information.
Essential technologies and technical information
Browser local storage keeps your bag and favorites on your device. Essential cookies support the protected administration session. Security controls may record request information, including an IP address and timing, to limit repeated requests or sign-in attempts. Hosting services may also handle technical request information. You can clear local storage/cookies through your browser, but this may reset saved preferences or sessions.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and storage providers process website and order data to operate the store. Transactional email and Web Push providers may process order notification information for the authorized store owner. Administrators who enable push notifications provide a device subscription endpoint and encryption keys, stored for sending those notifications. Where a delivery service is used, it receives the details needed to deliver an order. Payment providers receive information needed to process and verify payments, such as contact details, amount and order reference. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information in the locations where they operate. External Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Payment information
When online payments are enabled, sensitive card information is entered into the payment provider’s hosted or embedded components and handled by that provider. The store does not store full card numbers or CVV. It records the payment method, status and provider reference needed to manage the order. Cash on Delivery does not require card details.
Protection and retention
Store administration requires authentication, and payment information is handled through the provider’s payment components. Information is retained as needed for order processing, customer support, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact the store to ask about a particular record or request deletion where applicable. These measures do not amount to a guarantee that every system or communication is risk-free.
Your privacy requests
You may contact the store to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion where applicable, or stop newsletter communications. Provide enough information to identify the relevant order or record. The store may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations or unresolved orders. Do not send card numbers, CVV or account passwords with a request.
Policy updates
Changes to the store’s information handling will be reflected on this page. Review this policy when you use the store or place a new order. The last-updated date, when shown, records updates to this policy.
